La Filosofía
Nuestros Vinos de Autor pretenden resaltar los valores sobre los que se asienta nuestra Bodega, y que nosotros entendemos de la siguiente manera:
Juventud y dinamismo: Somos una Bodega joven, y esta juventud, está alegría de vivir queremos trasmitirla a través de la fruta que nuestros vinos conservan. La crianza en barricas de roble francés y americano aporta la nobleza y elegancia necesaria para un gran vino, pero sin quitar protagonismo a los toques afrutados de nuestros vinos.
Pureza y tradición: El tipo de vino de nuestras tierras siempre fue un vino potente. Queremos mantener esa tradición de vinos con color, cuerpo, estructura y personalidad, y queremos preservar la pureza de la producción artesanal, por vocación de Bodega pequeña, que elabora tintos de calidad con mimo, atendiendo a los detalles, a las necesidades de este ser vivo que es el vino, y al que acompañamos durante tanto tiempo, hasta que lo entregamos al cliente como el que entrega un tesoro que se quiere y que se cuida.
Our “Vinos de Autor” are intended to highlight the values on which our winery is meant to be, and that we understand as follows:
Youth and dynamism: We are a young winery, and this youth, this joy of life, we want to transmit it through the fruit that our wines preserve. The crianza in French oak and American brings the nobility and elegance necessary for a great wine, but without overshadowing the fruity touches of our wines.
Purity and tradition: the type of wine in our land was always powerful wine. We wish to maintain such tradition of wines with color, body, structure and personality, and we would like to preserve the purity of the artisanal production, by vocation of small winery, which produces quality wines with pamper, in response to the details, to the needs of this living being that it is wine, and accompanying it for so long, until we deliver it to the customer as the one who delivers a treasure that is loved and cared.
